With a strong emphasis on vegetarian and vegan dishes, you’ll see new items such as: JAPANESE MUSTARD SPINACH (komatsuna greens, spiced tofu, toasted rice broth), DATE + KAMUT FRITTERS (yogurt sauce, rose petals, almonds), and WARM HALLOUMI CHEESE (grilled treviso, citrus, honey thyme vinaigrette).
