With new crêpe establishments open in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, the little French pancake has gotten pretty competitive lately.   In more crêpe news, it looks like Acadie Crêpes that long occupied the space at 213 Arizona Avenue in Santa Monica has closed its doors.   No word on who’s moving in.
