An exciting new concept is heading to 2929 Main St in Santa Monica. Window paper is up announcing the arrival of Chez Luna. Chez Luna is billing itself as a pet “adoption cafe” and describes itself as: “A first-of-its-kind space where premium lattes meet live puppy love.” Coffee and pooches? Sign me up. They are aiming for a summer opening.

I love the concept, and am excited to have this on the westside, but there was an identical concept in LA a few years back, so it feels weird that all their marketing centers on being the “first of its kind,” though they will be the only, since that one closed down years ago. I hope this one does better and sticks around!
