Renovation is underway on the space that used to house short-lived Il Sogno at 1211 Montana Avenue in Santa Monica to make way for a new restaurant, Courtyard Kitchen.  The new cafe will feature a Mediterranean-inspired menu of salads and sandwiches.  Look for a projected January opening.
