Violet Coming Soon To Westwood

It looks like the lucky students at UCLA are about to get a new eatery.   An ABC application taped to the front of the space that used to be the home of Saks Teriyaki at 1121 S Glendon Ave in Westwood let’s us know that a new restaurant, Violet, is moving in.  Not sure of an opening date, or much else for that matter including whether or not it is related to previous restaurants bearing the same name, but I’ll keep watching…

Update:  Eater got the skinny of Violet.  Read the details here.

  1. Hello,

I’m a fan of your site. I work for a restaurant vendor that uses sites like yours for leads. I get basic info from here, then use very specific work tools to get more information about the account, including using our work search database to link them up with current customers of ours outside of our LA territory. I also do a lot of cold calling, especially on the westside of LA. Many times, I am able to gather more specific info than the posts I see on your site, giving me a better opportunity to sign new customers. After some digging, I found out who exactly is affiliated with Violet; a famous local chef that is opening her first restaurant.
I’m not certain how this site works exactly, whether it’s a team or just an individual, but I’m looking for an opportunity to possibly work in a freelance role for you that can be mutually beneficial. Not sure if there’s such an opportunity with your company, but with my specific skills, I feel I can be quite helpful to your site. Hope to hear back from you soon. Keep up the great work.
