A mysterious ABC application recently appeared on the front of the space at 828 Pico Blvd, Ste 5. The business name on the application is Pacific Golf Corp. A cursory search of the name and the names associated with this business produce no obvious results. All we know is that this will be an “on-sale beer & wine eating place”. IDK what they will be, but I do know the construction crew working on it is disrespectful as can be!
Blocking the entire alley from residents and constantly jackhammering and drilling ringing in at 90 decibels to residents for the past month. My dog loves it and so does my work from home spouse! I’ll never spend a dollar there just on how they’ve been getting ready.
From what I have heard, its going to be an indoor golf simulator with &B. Excited to see it!
