There’s window paper up on the corner space in the new development at 3223 Wilshire in Santa Monica announcing the arrival of Louma Bakery. Louma appears to be a new business, but this job listing lets us know what will be on offer: “breads (sourdough, baguette, rye bread…), [and] classic pastry (Danish and French style)“. Apparently, they are opening soon.
