What’s Going On At Biobar In Brentwood?

So what’s the deal with the diminutive Biobar space at 11966 Wilshire in Brentwood?  They haven’t opened in a while, recently the windows have been blacked out with blinds, and they are not answering their phone.  For all intents and purposes, they appear closed even though they’ve left no clues.  But a peek through the blinds (No, I’m not above such things) reveals a beehive of activity.  Something is happening at Biobar, I just can’t figure out what.  Let me know if you have more information…

Biobar Opens In West LA

Recently, I told you about the closure of the long-time Westside fixture Soybean Chinese Food due to a health code violation at 11966 Wilshire Blvd. in West LA.  Wasting no time whatsoever, a charming and cheerful little lunch spot has moved in.  Biobar, which opened on Tuesday, serves a simple and straightforward menu of “fresh & healthy” soups, salads, and sandwiches and is brought to you by the people behind Totpot, the organic children’s prepared meal delivery service.
